Role Overview

We are seeking Customer Experience Agents for our voice customer support operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a strong customer service mindset, and the adaptability to work in rotational shifts.

Primary Duties

• Address customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions via phone calls.
• Exhibit a professional and polite manner in all communications.
• Comprehend customer issues and provide precise information.
• Document and update customer interactions as necessary.
• Aim to achieve quality and performance benchmarks.
• Thrive in a dynamic customer service setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th grade educational background.
• Applications are welcome from both freshers and those with experience.
• Candidates should be aged up to 36 years.
• Proficient verbal communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to work in US rotational shifts.

Salary & Perks

• For Freshers: ₹22,000 + ₹4,000 night-shift allowance + performance incentives.
• For Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹28,000 + ₹4,000 night-shift allowance + performance incentives.
• Transportation: One-way cab service available from 8 PM to 8 AM.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
