Job Title: Tech Support – Voice Process

We are hiring experienced professionals for a Tech Support Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and prior experience in an international voice process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice support.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with international customers.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
• Minimum 1 year of chat support experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Job Details

• Process: Tech Support – Voice
• Experience: 1+ year
• Shift: Rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs
• CTC: Up to ₹34,000 per month
• Take-home: Approximately ₹28,000 per month
• Location: ITPL, Bangalore
• Cab: 2-way cab facility
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years
