Job Details

• Role: International Voice Process Executive (Travel Process)
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Work Schedule: 5 Days Working
• Shift: Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Take-Home Salary: ₹26,000 per month
• Cab Facility: Two-way cab (within a 20 km radius)

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass or above
• At least 6 months of experience in an International Voice BPO (Mandatory)
• Strong English communication and customer handling skills
• Age limit: Up to 30 years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through inbound/outbound voice support.
• Assist customers with travel-related queries, bookings, modifications, and issue resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Additional Requirements

• Immediate joiners preferred.
