We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
