Role - Customer support, voice process

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Meet quality standards and productivity targets.
- Follow company communication guidelines and policies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction on every interaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts (if applicable).
- Patience and positive attitude while handling customers.
- Fluency in English and regional language(s) preferred.
