Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
