We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our outbound customer service and sales processes.
Job Role: Customer Service / Sales Executive (Outbound)
Location: Mumbai
Shift Timing: Day Shift (as per process requirement)
Week Off: Sunday / Rotational (depending on process)
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate
✔ Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply (as per process)
✔ Prior experience in BPO / Sales is an added advantage
✔ Excellent / Fluent communication skills in English
✔ Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Pitch products/services (sales process where applicable)
• Maintain call quality and achieve targets
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Follow company guidelines and process training
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand)
• CTC Range: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 (depending on process & experience)
• Salary will be based on communication skills, experience, and interview performance
