Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 2 months to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to work in the Night shift.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
