We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team in Indore, MP. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
