Role: Customer Service Associate (Voice Process)

Eligibility:

Any Graduate / 10+2 / Diploma

BE/B.Tech & PG not eligible (without BPO experience)

Experience:

Freshers (0–11 months)

1–2 years (Domestic BPO experience only)

Salary:

Freshers: 2.4 LPA | 13K Take Home

Experience: 2.6 LPA | 17K Take Home

(Fixed CTC – Non-Negotiable)

Work Details:

6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)

Day Shifts

Work From Home after 3 months (based on performance)

Job Description:

Handle customer queries via calls (100–150 calls/day)

Understand and resolve customer issues effectively

Follow standard procedures and deliver quality service

Interact with customers across India

Required Skills:

Good communication skills

Typing speed: Minimum 20 WPM

Ability to handle pressure & customer interactions

Must travel independently (No transport allowance)
