Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC candidates with minimum 6 months of experience can apply
- Graduate freshers are eligible
- Graduates with experience can also apply
- Excellent communication skills required
- Immediate joiners preferred
Languages Required:
- English and Hindi are mandatory
- Additional regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, or Oriya will be an added advantage
