Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams whenever required

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC candidates with minimum 6 months of experience can apply
  • Graduate freshers are eligible
  • Graduates with experience can also apply
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Languages Required:

  • English and Hindi are mandatory
  • Additional regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, or Oriya will be an added advantage

Shift Details:

  • Rotational Day Shifts
  • 6 Days Working
  • 1 Rotational Week Off
