Role & Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via Call / Chat to resolve queries.
- Provide excellent customer service with strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Apply logical reasoning & analytical skills to assist customers.
- Work in rotational night shifts (US process).
Who Can Apply
Age: 18 – 35 years
Education: 12th Pass, Undergraduate, Graduate & Postgraduate candidates from any stream (BCom, BBA, BSC, BCA, BE, BTech, BA, MBA, MCom)
