Customer Support Executive (Telecom Process)

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for an *International Telecom Process* based out of Mumbai. If you have excellent communication skills and want to build a career in global customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Role: Customer Support Executive / Process Associate 

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Work from Office) 

Process: International Telecom (Voice) 

Salary: 18,000 to 60,000+ per month (Based on experience & interview performance) + Attractive Incentives 

Shift Timing: Australian Shift (Early morning starts, e.g., 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM IST), US Shift (6:00 PM - 9:00 AM) , UK Shift ( 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Work: Week 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week-offs 

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound calls to assist international customers with plans, connections, and account inquiries.

  • Troubleshooting: Provide basic technical support for network connectivity, device setup, and mobile data issues.

  • KPI Driven: Maintain high performance metrics, focusing on First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

  • Data Logging: Accurately update customer profiles and log notes in the CRM system after every interaction.

  • Compliance: Follow privacy regulations by strictly verifying customer account details before sharing information.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduates in any stream.

Experience: Open to Freshers! Candidates with above 1 year of experience in a domestic or international BPO are also highly preferred.

Communication: Fluent, clear verbal communication in English with a professional tone.

Skills: Basic computer knowledge, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.

Flexibility: Must be comfortable working shifts and managing rotational days off.
