Customer Service Agent

We are hiring candidates for International BPO Customer Service roles. The selected candidates will interact with global customers, resolve queries, and provide the best customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email
• Provide information about services, billing, accounts, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility :

• HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
• Excellent English communication skills required
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in rotational international shifts
