Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Attend to inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM.
• Meet customer satisfaction goals and quality targets.
• Manage escalations in a professional manner.

Required Skills:

• Strong English communication skills.
• Prior experience in BPO / International Voice Process.
• Good listening ability and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Typing speed of 20–25 WPM.
• Comfortable working night shifts and weekends.

Eligibility:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Must clear Versant / SVAR assessment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
