We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
  • Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
