Location: Malad, Mumbai
Salary: Upto ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a UK-based chat support process. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, ensuring prompt resolution, and delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer interactions via chat in a professional and timely manner
* Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively
* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks
* Document customer interactions in CRM systems
Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduate freshers or Undergraduate with 2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent written communication skills in English
* Prior experience in chat or customer support preferred
* Basic knowledge of computers and typing skills
Key Skills:
* Strong written communication
* Customer handling and problem-solving ability
* Attention to detail and multitasking
Work Details:
* UK Shift (rotational/night shifts)
* 5 days working with 2 rotational offs
* Work from office (Malad location)
