Customer Coordination Commissioning Engineer

Sone India is seeking a dedicated Customer Coordination Commissioning Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth communication and the successful commissioning of automation and control system projects through effective management, troubleshooting, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Plan, execute, and oversee the commissioning of control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA).
• Conduct site walk-downs, system testing, and verification of I/O interfaces.
• Support customers in understanding system functionality and troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for logic simulation, system integration, and testing.
• Assist in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during commissioning.
• Document commissioning processes and report project status to stakeholders.
• Provide post-commissioning support and customer training on system operations.
