Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools/methods
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the root cause
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Stay updated on product knowledge and system updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic computer literacy
