Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools/methods
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the root cause
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and system updates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer literacy
