Job Description:

We are hiring freshers for Telecaller / Customer Support roles with immediate openings. This role involves outbound customer support, requiring effective communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
• Communicate effectively in Telugu (mother tongue) and English.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Job Details:

• Process: Customer Support (Outbound)
• Languages Required: Telugu (mandatory) + English
• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Work Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduates from any discipline
• Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)
