CSmart Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify scope and end-to-end (E2E) automation opportunities across projects and releases
• Design, develop, and enhance automation frameworks and reusable test repositories
• Maintain and optimize existing automation scripts, frameworks, and test suites
• Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to clarify requirements, identify risks, and resolve issues throughout the SDLC
• Support functional/manual testing activities whenever required to ensure release quality
• Analyze business, functional, technical, and UI requirements to derive effective test strategies
• Ensure adherence to QA automation standards, testing protocols, and best practices
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
• Prepare and maintain test execution reports including daily status reports and weekly dashboards
• Define, track, and report QA metrics to measure testing effectiveness and progress
