CRM Technical Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop plugins, JavaScript-based customizations, and custom workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using Web API, REST APIs, and WCF services.
• Develop model-driven apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Work on CRM CPQ solutions and Power Apps Portals.
• Manage solution deployment and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and stability of CRM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
