Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Technical Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and CI/CD implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics CRM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality enterprise applications.

This is a Hybrid role supporting Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Marketing Module).
  • Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, views, fields, model-driven apps, and marketing components.
  • Develop customer journeys, emails, content blocks, compliance profiles, topics, and segments.
  • Build and manage integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Integration Services.
  • Customize CRM through ribbon customization, sitemap configuration, and app design.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and custom components using C# and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with external enterprise applications using REST APIs and Azure services.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Prepare technical design documents and participate in code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM solutions while following development best practices.

  • Strong expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and external system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with XRMToolBox, REST Builder, Plugins, and Workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
