CRM Executive

We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed efficiently. This role demands excellent coordination skills, proficiency in relevant software, and a strong commitment to fostering positive customer relationships.

  • Understand the requirements of the customer.
  • Provide on-time quotation to the customer by following up with costing and production team.
  • Must have excellent coordination between internal team to External.
  • Must have good in Excel, Finsys ERP & Good Email etiquettes.
  • Timely payment, FG clearance, customer complain closure from plant to accounts team.
  • Responsible to keep & create good relation with customers.
  • Must be able to handle work pressure and ready to take new challenges.
  • Good Command over English written and verbal.
  • Understand the requirements of the customer, CRM, Payment Follow-up.
