Creative Manager

Key responsibilities

• Team and project leadership: Lead and inspire a team of creatives, providing guidance and making final decisions on creative direction. 
• Project management: Oversee the entire creative project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. 
• Creative strategy: Develop and guide creative strategies that align with brand vision, marketing objectives, and business goals. 
• Content creation: Direct the creation of visual, written, and multimedia content, such as advertisements, social media posts, and marketing materials. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product, and sales, to ensure creative work is integrated and effective. 
• Quality control: Ensure all creative output meets high-quality standards, adheres to brand guidelines, and maintains consistency across all deliverables.
