• Ability to challenge and push the envelope in order to raise the agency'screativestandards
• Be an active participant in preparations of client pitches across all agency teams- CS,Art,Designers,Digital etc
• Mentoring the juniors and making sure each of them works towards achieving agency's targets
• To ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget.
• Ability to lead a team
• Experience in handling still and film shoots, pitches, presentations, etc.
• Ability to meet and interact with clients/ servicing/ external vendors
