C/Pro*C Developer (Pro*C,SQL,Unix)

Your Role in Our Mission:

• Lead Development Workstreams: Design, develop, test, and deploy complex software applications across server, client, and web environments.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers: Ensure seamless integration between application architects and developers to meet design requirements and deliver a strong ROI for clients.
• Technical Documentation: Write comprehensive design, coding, and testing documentation to ensure high-quality technical products.
• Apply Best Practices: Implement development, domain, application design, web service, and database methodologies following industry best practices.
• Serve as a Technical Consultant: Advise senior management on complex projects, including modifications to existing applications and the development of new modules and components.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 6+ years in application, web, and product design and support across the full software development life cycle.
• Healthcare Tech Knowledge: Preferably experienced with Medicaid and Medicare technologies.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Pro*C, SQL, and Unix environments.
• Strong foundation in software and product design methodologies.
• Skilled in various programming languages and environments as needed.
• Business Acumen: Ability to analyze project costs, budgets, and financial feasibility.
• Team Player: Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, clients, and leadership.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with healthcare applications, particularly within Medicaid and Medicare systems.
• Familiarity with modern software development tools and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
