Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about the company's courses and programs.
• Understand students academic goals and recommend suitable learning paths.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries; follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
• Achieve and exceed assigned enrollment and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
• Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
