Cotek Technical Manager Automobile Dealer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Oversee and resolve complex technical issues related to vehicles that cannot be resolved by technicians or junior staff.
• Workshop Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow, optimal resource utilization, and timely service delivery.
• Training & Development:
• Conduct training sessions for technicians and support staff on vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair standards. Ensure updated technical information is accessible across the dealership.
• Process & Compliance: Enforce service and repair protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures in the workshop.
• Customer Support & Escalation: Assist in handling escalated technical queries from customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service managers, and dealership staff to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
