Job Description
- Support team leaders in delivery of real estate development and cost management projects
- Manage day-to-day project execution tasks with minimal supervision
- Assist in mentoring and development of junior team members
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all project outputs
- Apply JLL tools, systems, and best practices in project delivery
- Translate client briefs into structured and executable delivery plans
- Handle small to medium cost management assignments or major components of large projects
- Ensure compliance with project scope, risk, and delivery standards
- Contribute to innovation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Maintain professional representation in all client and stakeholder interactions
