Job Description

About the Role:

We're hiring an experienced sales leader to manage and drive the Corporate Sales Manager - Banca(VRM) team. This is a key leadership position responsible for leading a team of Virtual Relationship Managers, ensuring achievement of business targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Bancassurance Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Drive life insurance sales through virtual and digital engagement with existing and new customers.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Analyze business reports, identify growth opportunities, and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

CTQ (Critical to Quality Parameters):

  • Experience: 7 - 9 years of total experience in Sales (mandatory)
  • Life Insurance Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years (must)
  • Team Handling: Minimum 2 years of team management experience (mandatory)
  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Location: Chennai / Bangalore(local candidates preferred)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil(Chennai) And Kannada(Bangalore)
