Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve assigned targets for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line product installations.
- Drive new account acquisition and grow business through cross-selling multiple services.
- Build and manage a healthy sales funnel with defined maturity levels across product lines.
- Analyze competitor offerings and develop tactical sales interventions to protect and grow market share.
- Support Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth initiatives in the assigned territory.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for all client interactions across service lines.
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to optimize revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions as per client needs.
