Corporate Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Preparing financial models for analysing the financial viability of a land or project to evaluate the feasibility for its acquisition.
• Ability to analyse target land/projects financial viability based on accurate assumptions as well as inputs as provided by liaison and architect teams. These projects could include Residential, commercial or Retail including greenfield, brown field projects.
• Developing Valuation Report for the Management for assessing fair value of Business/New Proposals
• Review & monitor performance of the project and benchmark against business case at the time of acquisition / launch of project

Skills: Strong modelling, presentation skills; Good inter-personal skills to coordinate between various business/ finance functions; Understanding of financial statements & project financials;

Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute or high rank CA; MBA + CA preferred; Experience of RE would be an added advantage
