Job Summary

Kaizenat is hiring an Event Specialist to lead our B2B event marketing initiatives across industries like automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and energy. This role focuses on executing impactful events such as CXO-level gatherings, Masterclasses, Webinars, and Tradeshows to drive lead generation, build industry partnerships, and elevate our brand visibility.

The role involves national travel, coordination with industry associations, and supporting email marketing and PR campaigns for event outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management: Plan and execute B2B events aligned with lead-generation goals.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and run email campaigns to engage decision-makers and drive leads.
  • Content Coordination: Work with speakers and creative teams for compelling presentations and materials.
  • Budget & Vendors: Manage event budgets and vendor relationships for cost-effective execution.
  • Industry Partnerships: Collaborate with associations and academic institutions to boost branding.
  • Post-Event Engagement: Nurture leads and gather feedback to enhance future strategies.
  • Reporting: Track event performance and provide detailed ROI reports.

Mandatory Skills

  • B2B event marketing in IT, SaaS, or engineering domains.
  • Email marketing expertise with tools and campaign execution.
  • Experience with hybrid/virtual events (Zoom, Hopin, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Strong lead generation and conversion abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of experience in B2B event and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end events and generating qualified leads.
  • Familiarity with simulation/engineering software is a plus.
