Job Description
- Copilot Proficient. We are looking for a Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions that augment sales productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement.
- The role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and enterprise data integrations to enable an Augmented Sales force—where AI assists sellers across the entire customer journey, from prospecting to deal closure.
- You will work at the intersection of MarTech, CRM, data platforms, and AI agents, delivering embedded intelligence into daily sales workflows. In this Role You will:
- ∙ Develop AI Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio, including agents, prompts, and workflows
- ∙ Enable sales use cases like account insights, proposal generation, and pipeline intelligence
- ∙ Integrate Copilot with enterprise systems (CRM, marketing tools, data sources) for contextual intelligence
- ∙ Drive user adoption through intuitive experiences, prompt design, and training sessions
- ∙ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business stakeholders, and tech teams to deliver scalable solutions ∙ Ensure governance & responsible AI practices, including data security and compliance
