Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement Conversational AI solutions using platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework v4 (Adaptive Dialogs, Waterfall Dialogs, Middleware) and Kore.ai or similar CAI platforms
- Develop and maintain applications using programming languages including C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Implement NLP/NLU solutions using Azure CLU (Intent, Entities) and classical NLU approaches
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI GPT models with hybrid NLU + GenAI fallback flows
- Build and manage integrations using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft or other ESB platforms
- Design and maintain data management solutions using Azure Cosmos DB for state, user data, and telemetry
- Monitor and analyze conversation performance using Power BI to optimize AI solutions
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and release management processes across Dev/Test/Prod environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and deliverables
