Contractor Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly experienced Contractor Management Specialist with expertise in managing contractors, procurement, and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling contract labor, vendor negotiations, compliance management, and workforce deployment, ensuring seamless project execution. This role demands strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics in various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage third-party contractors, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with contractual agreements in Contractor & Vendor Management.
- Supervise, coordinate, and optimize manpower utilization for various projects in Manpower Planning & Deployment.
- Identify and engage with reliable contractors, negotiate rates, and establish long-term agreements in Procurement & Sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies for contractor engagement in Legal & Compliance Management.
- Monitor expenses, control contractor costs, and ensure efficient resource utilization in Cost & Budget Control.
- Track contractor performance, set KPIs, and maintain quality standards in Performance Evaluation.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure uninterrupted service in Supply Chain Coordination.
- Identify potential risks in contractor operations and develop strategies for mitigation in Risk Management.
- Maintain records of contractor agreements, invoicing, and performance reports in Documentation & Reporting.

- Strong Communication & Leadership skills are expected.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field is mandatory.
