Contract Manager

Role Responsibilities

1. Oversee full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, and execution aligned with company policies
2. Coordinate cross-functional onboarding activities to ensure compliance and smooth integration
3. Lead HR initiatives including performance reviews, engagement programs, and talent development
4. Monitor compliance with labor laws, statutory obligations, and internal policies

2. Onboarding and induction process tracking across departments
3. Timely HR scorecards and dashboards on headcount, attrition, and engagement
