Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze written materials and digital content to ensure accuracy, readability, and clarity
- Coordinate analytics tasks for clients, including creating strategies to collect data, analyze performance, and support content optimization
- Identify and flag potential content-related issues to improve content quality and compliance
- Collaborate with Content, Web Development, and Design teams to align content with user experience and branding standards
- Maintain and regularly update intranet, website, and social media content to ensure freshness and relevance
- Ensure that all content complies with client policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Evaluate content performance and recommend improvements to enhance SEO results and search visibility
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field
- Experience with content analysis, content management systems (CMS), and SEO best practices
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and manage multiple content streams
