Content Specialist, YouTube Trust and Safety

Role Responsibilities:

• Review graphic and controversial video content to ensure compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
• Enforce content policies and manage escalations, ensuring high-quality enforcement and clear written communication.
• Analyze data related to incidents, identify trends, and suggest improvements in processes and systems.
• Collaborate with teams to test new tools and methods for managing content escalations globally.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in problem solving, content review, and data analysis using spreadsheet software.
• Experience in content moderation or Trust and Safety, especially in the context of controversial or sensitive content.
• Strong business judgment, communication, collaboration, and excellent time management skills.
