Contact Center Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions for contact center analytics
• Work with Genesys Engage / PureEngage data sources including InfoMart, GAAP, GIDB, and SpeechMiner
• Integrate and support CCaaS platforms such as Five9, Google CCAI Platform, or Amazon Connect
• Develop and manage data models covering calls, agents, queues, routing, interactions, and customer journeys
• Implement real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines using streaming frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, reliability, and performance
• Build APIs and integration layers for seamless data flow across systems
• Optimize data storage and query performance in cloud data warehouses
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and quality across all pipelines
