Job Description
- Gain in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow.
- Participate in client-facing activities including requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exhibit influencing, negotiating, and organizational awareness skills to manage client interactions effectively.
- Provide leadership through planning, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and providing status updates to Project Manager.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues or problems.
- Engage frequently with clients around specific work efforts and deliverables.
- Be open to domestic and international travel for short or long durations as required.
