Consultant - Stella and System Dynamics Modelling

Job Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Stella System Dynamics Modelling, with a minimum of 10 years in creating simulation models for policy evaluation, resource planning, and strategic decision-making.
• This position demands exceptional customer engagement and consulting skills.

Primary Duties:

• Design and construct System Dynamics models leveraging Stella software.
• Create causal loop diagrams, stock-flow models, and forecasting structures.
• Examine dependencies and feedback loops within business systems.
• Develop predictive models to aid in both strategic and operational planning.
• Carry out forecasting policy analysis and conduct impact assessments.
• Lead customer workshops to ascertain modeling requirements.
• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to executive teams.
• Oversee model validation, governance, and ongoing improvements.

Technical Qualifications:

• A decade of direct experience with Stella software.
• Proficiency in System Dynamics Modelling, including causal loop analysis and stock-flow modeling.
• In-depth understanding of forecasting, scenario planning, and methodologies for policy evaluation.
• Capability to transform business data and challenges into effective simulation models.
• Exceptional analytical, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and clients.

Additional Duties:

• Preferred industry experience includes Strategic Planning, Sustainability, ESG, Workforce Resource Planning, Production Capacity Forecasting, and Asset Lifecycle Management.
