Key Responsibilities

Azure Platform Engineering & Optimization

• Analyze and optimize Azure lab environments for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across Azure infrastructure and platform services
• Continuously improve system performance through periodic reviews and enhancements

Azure Data, AI & Application Services Management

• Work across Azure Data & AI services such as Synapse, Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning
• Support Digital App Innovation using Azure App Service and Kubernetes Service
• Manage BizApps platforms including Power Platform and Dynamics 365 integration

Identity, Security & Infrastructure Administration

• Manage Azure Entra ID (IAM) including access control and identity governance
• Support Azure Security services such as Defender for Cloud and Sentinel
• Administer Azure infrastructure services including compute, storage, and networking

Quality Assurance & Validation

• Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of lab procedures from a user perspective
• Identify errors, bugs, and inconsistencies in lab workflows and documentation
• Ensure high-quality, reliable, and consistent user experience

Documentation & Content Management

• Update technical documentation and lab instructions to reflect latest Azure releases
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all learning and lab materials
• Maintain visual aids such as screenshots and diagrams for usability

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with SMEs, TPMs, and cross-functional teams to align updates
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users into lab improvements
• Coordinate updates across multiple Azure domains and solution areas

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Proactively enhance lab content based on product updates and user feedback
• Implement best practices in QA, documentation, and cloud engineering workflows
• Ensure lab environments remain up-to-date and aligned with Azure roadmap
