Consultant - Non-Tech

Job description

• We are looking to hire five (5) contractual Consultants with basic computer knowledge to support content-related tasks for Cengage Content Testing
• The selected candidates will undergo a short training period (3-5 business days) and play a key role in ensuring accuracy and quality in content validation
• No prior experience is required
• Key Responsibilities: Perform content validation and verification as per provided guidelines
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in assigned tasks
• Utilize basic computer skills to efficiently complete work
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with the team to address any discrepancies
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets within the specified timelines
• Education & Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree (any stream)
• Basic Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good to Have: Any computer certification (if from a non-tech stream)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
