Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Conduct engaging Induction and onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
  2. Facilitate training programs on company processes, tools, and soft skills for employees.
  3. Utilize modern learning techniques, including AI tools, to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.
  4. Collect feedback from training sessions and continuously improve content and delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Lead interactive and engaging induction sessions, introducing new employees to the company's culture, values, and policies.
  2. Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
  3. Assist in digital learning initiatives and support in building knowledge bases for easy employee access.
  4. Help coordinate learning events, customer immersion workshops, and e-learning programs.
