Consultant – IAM (Identity & Access Management)
Job Description
• Act as the primary IAM point of contact for assigned applications and manage end-to-end identity and access lifecycle processes.
• Perform access request processing in accordance with defined procedures, SLA, and OLA guidelines.
• Review and audit application security artifacts submitted by SMEs to ensure compliance with IAM controls.
• Support annual self-attestation processes for applications and ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Conduct role mining and role engineering analysis for enterprise-wide role-based access management.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation in access management and IAM processes.
• Resolve access-related incidents and service tickets across corporate and commercial applications.
• Collaborate with security analysts and cross-functional teams for effective IAM operations.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support onboarding and integration of acquired entity applications into IAM framework.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IAM processes, controls, and workflows.
• Provide consultation and guidance to application teams on IAM best practices.
