• Candidate should be MD (Medicine).

• Should have experience of 5 years in same post.

Key responsibilities:

• Patient care: Diagnosing and treating common ailments, managing chronic diseases, providing emergency care, and assisting in medical procedures. 
• Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients. 
• Health programs: Implementing health programs, such as vaccination drives and community health initiatives. 
• Coordination and collaboration: Working with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and communicating with patients and their families. 
• Compliance and quality assurance: Ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations. 
• Administrative duties: Depending on the role, this can include supervising staff, managing departments, and handling administrative tasks like claim processing and report compilation. 

Required skills and qualifications:

• Education: A medical degree (MBBS) and a valid medical license are essential. 
• Clinical skills: Strong ability to conduct examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medication, and perform procedures. 
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. 
• Leadership: Ability to lead a team, guide junior staff, and work collaboratively in a healthcare setting. 
• Other skills: Attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to stay updated on medical advancements.
