Connex product owner

• To understand and transform the business and operations requirements into technical implementation of BASE24 EPS and ACI UPF platform.
• To prepare and own the detailed requirement specifications document covering the functional, operational and technical requirements.
• To ensure that the required business and operations processes defined are transformed into technical implementation with the finalised parameters, product specifications.
• Participate in system design consulting, implement and maintain the integrations
• Liaise with vendors, business, and operational stakeholders
• Operate in an agile environment, creating and maintaining user stories
• Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
• Work across the full spectrum of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Actively contribute to planning sessions and other Agile ceremonies across the team
• Liaise with users and stakeholders of the platform
• 10+ years of experience in Transaction Switch systems like BASE24, BASE24 EPS, ACI UPF
• 5+ years of experience as product owner, Business analysis in switch implementations
• Should have knowledge / experience on Transaction switch, latest payment systems, e-com that includes implementation, testing, certifications.
• Should have knowledge / experience on ISO 8583, XML specifications.
• Should have experience in preparing detailed requirement specifications documents covering the functional, operational and technical requirements.
• Should have knowledge / experience on certifications of interchanges like VISA, MasterCard, Amex and JCB.
• Should have understanding and experience in Card lifecycle, transaction switch processing.
• It s preferable to have knowledge and experience of working on cloud systems
• It s preferable to have experience with Connex Switch
• It s preferable to have understanding and experience on Agile delivery
• Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills, written and verbal communication
• An open mindset and proven ability to innovate and influence.

Education:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical subject or equivalent experience
• Post graduation/ Graduation in Engineering/science
• Relevant self-learning courses and certifications highly regarded
