Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage concrete admixture sales to customers, including builders, contractors, and developers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new sales opportunities through market research, trade shows, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, admixture sales, construction chemicals, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, paints etc. .
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
